What You Bring

• Previous hosting, restaurant, hotel, or customer service experience preferred; luxury hospitality experience is a plus.
• A warm, approachable manner and a sincere interest in making others feel welcome.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• An attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities while remaining calm and courteous.
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
• Familiarity with restaurant reservation systems preferred.

Requirements

• Commitment to personalized guest service and maintaining guest privacy.
• A neat, professional appearance consistent with Palm House’s grooming and uniform standards.
• Full-time availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform essential job duties, including standing and walking for extended periods and occasionally lifting or carrying up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
