Host / Hostess (Part-Time)

About the role

As a Restaurant Host at The Roosevelt New Orleans, A Waldorf Astoria Hotel, you will brighten guests' days by delivering memorable experiences that make their stay exceptional. You’ll greet and escort guests in one of our dining outlets, ensuring a warm and seamless hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ascertain their needs quickly and effectively.
• Maintain a smooth flow by seating guests, managing the seating chart, and monitoring dining activity.
• Respond promptly and knowledgeably to guest inquiries and special requests.
• Perform opening/closing tasks and assist with service prep, such as stocking and folding silverware.
