Responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests as they arrive, offer a choice of seating, then escort them to their table and present menus.
• Read, maintain, and make daily entries in the logbook to coordinate communication between shifts and management.
• Maintain proper set-up of the dining room.
• Receive records and make necessary arrangements for reservations and special functions in the restaurant.

Requirements

• At least six months of experience in any customer service field.
• ServSafe Certification required.
• Passion for providing excellent customer service.
