Responsibilities/Duties

• Perform host stand set-up, running side work, and closing duties.
• Display Southern Hospitality and be the positive first and last impression for guests.
• Greet and seat guests professionally and courteously.
• Properly record reservations and quote wait periods.
• Maintain cleanliness of the front entryway.
• Absorb and communicate all guest requests and special occasions to servers and Leaders on Duty.
• Always maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Work collaboratively with the team.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Leadership Team.
