Responsibilities

• Open the door for guests arriving and departing (40%).
• Accommodate any special needs of guests, such as boosters, high‑chairs, or disabilities (35%).
• Manage the wait list when the restaurant is full (10%).
• Provide guest assistance to servers as needed (5%).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete assigned cleaning tasks (5%).
• Invite all guests back for another experience (5%).

Requirements

• A desire to care for others, grow, and learn.
• Positive attitude.
• Reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Mobility required throughout the entire shift.
• Ability to transport and carry objects (such as a high‑chair) up to 15 lb up to 15 times per shift.

Physical Requirements

• Navigate throughout the restaurant and communicate with guests.
• Move and grasp items up to five pounds.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lb.
• Bend and stoop as needed.
• Adequate vision to discern cleanliness and operate a touchscreen.
• Reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities.

Pay

This role is paid the tip‑credit minimum wage plus tips. The amount varies based on availability and actual take‑home pay may differ from the average estimate.
