Primary Responsibilities Of The Host

• Keep host stand tidy, and floor plans are distributed to designated areas.
• Have menus clean and ready for usage.
• Make sure all necessary lighting is on and signage faced, for service.
• Unlock doors and greet each guest.
• Have reservation list and waiting list ready and maintained throughout service.
• Offers appropriate seating arrangements and menus to guests.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized and organized dining area, by clearing and resetting tables.
• Performs side duties and other services as determined by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Missouri SMART server certified.
• Able to work, on your feet, for 4 hours.
• Able to lift 30 pounds.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays to accommodate our show and event schedule.
