What You’ll Do

• Welcome guests with a warm smile, eye contact, and a friendly greeting
• Manage seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service
• Communicate with servers and managers to accommodate large parties and special requests
• Assist with waitlists and reservation management
• Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate wait time estimates
• Address guest concerns professionally, always keeping hospitality first
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house area
