About the role

Silver Diner is seeking contagious, friendly, warm, and energetic individuals to join our team. You will be the face of our brand, selling our flexitarian menu by award-winning Chef Ype Von Hengst. Your role includes greeting guests upon entry and ensuring their visit ends with a lasting positive impression.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
• Ensure all food served meets our high standards
• Handle guest requests enthusiastically and creatively
• Train new employees on our flexitarian menu and hospitality standards
• Support the team in achieving exceptional service and guest satisfaction

Requirements

• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Passion for hospitality and customer service
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new culinary techniques and menu offerings
