Responsibilities

• Greets customers promptly and courteously
• Assists customers with their orders and provides recommendations
• Ensures a clean and welcoming dining area
• Manages inventory and maintains cleanliness of the host/hostess station
• Works collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with a wide range of people
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a customer service role preferred
