Host / Hostess

About the role

As a Host or Hostess at Logan's Roadhouse, you will be the first and last impression for guests, greeting them, managing seating, taking reservations, handling to-go orders, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Set the stage for an exceptional dining experience by guiding guests safely and professionally to their table while engaging in warm conversation.
• Demonstrate genuine hospitality in every interaction (phone or in person) by providing accurate wait times, directing guests to restrooms, taking reservations, receiving to-go orders, and answering questions.
• Create positive first impressions that build loyalty and encourage return visits.
• Work as a team player with a “can-do” attitude to deliver 100% guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age (or 18+ if serving alcohol).
• Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts.
