Pay Range: $13.00 to $15.00

Responsible for seating residents in the dining room and handling customer service situations as they arise. Levy leverages unbridled creativity, custom strategies, impeccable service, and true love for great food to create unforgettable experiences across 200+ Entertainment, Sports, and Restaurant venues.

Responsibilities

• Promptly and warmly greet and direct guests to their tables based on availability or desired seating arrangements.
• Help create an overall enjoyable dining experience and promote a safe, clean, and neat environment for guests and associates.
• Maintain exceptional communication skills, flexibility, patience, and an interest in people.
• Maintain a high level of sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information shared.
• Supervise food-service associates in the dining room to ensure proper customer service, food handling, and sanitation procedures are followed.
• Help train new food-service team members.
• Supervise the closing of the assigned dining room, ensuring side work and station setup are properly completed.
• Demonstrate knowledge of emergency safety procedures and help evacuate guests to safety in emergencies.
• Assist with service, including occasional bussing and food service, while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards.
• Operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines.
• Work with staff from other departments to perform job duties during special events or functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
