At Intown Golf Club (IGC), we are rewriting the script for private social clubs and luxury lifestyle brands. We are currently seeking an experienced, high-energy Host to join our front-of-house team. Responsibilities

• Elite Welcome: Provide a flawless initial experience by greeting members and guests warmly, escorting them to their tables or bays, providing menus, and answering initial questions.
• Floor Coordination: Optimize dining room and club seating patterns, collaborating directly with server and bar staff to ensure balanced workloads and timely guest greetings.
• Front Desk Operations: Manage phone inquiries, assist with reservation requests, support member golf shop merchandise sales, and keep the reception area pristine.
• Team Synergy: Work closely with the service and management teams to maintain a fluid, high-quality pacing across the entire dining and entertainment floor.

Qualifications

• The Background: Previous Host experience within a fine dining restaurant, upscale casual concept, or private club environment.
• The Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to monitor the entire room layout, alongside the physical stamina required to stand and walk for long hours.
• The Communication: Personable, articulate, and professional communication skills both over the phone and in person, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• The Flexibility: A proven history of service excellence and full availability to work peak club hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Pay

Stable $16.00 - $19.00/hour pay bracket with pathing for professional growth.
