About the role

The position is available in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced environment at Harry's.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and inviting manner
• Engage in friendly conversation as you seat guests
• Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set guest expectations
• Clear, clean and reset tables to ensure they are ready for the next guest
• Sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
• Complete other tasks requested/required by the manager on duty

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service, retail sales, or food service experience
• Demonstrated ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing manner
• Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
• Speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers in English
• Flexible schedule - ability to work days, nights, weekends & holidays
• Demonstrate a high level of organization, cleanliness and a sense-of-urgency
• Basic knowledge of how to operate a computer/tablet
