Host/Hostess

About the role

Responsible for creating a welcoming first impression, coordinating with kitchen and wait staff, and ensuring a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests
• Manage reservations and wait lists
• Answer phones and handle customer inquiries
• Keep the waiting area clean and organized
• Process takeout orders
• Professionally handle complaints and thank departing guests for their visit

Requirements

• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborative attitude to work effectively with servers, cooks, and management
• Must work days, evenings, some weekends, and holidays

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred
