What You’ll Do
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservations and guest flow throughout the restaurant
- Answer phones using proper hospitality etiquette
- Aid with cashiering and POS transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized host stand and dining area
- Support restaurant staff with bussing and table resets when needed
- Ensure guests leave with a positive experience and invite them back
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Team player with a positive attitude
