About the role

We are seeking Full Time and Part Time Restaurant Hosts/Hostesses at Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar/Thrive Restaurant Group. Our mission is to create an environment where guests feel loved through exceptional service, and we are looking for individuals who share our passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and ensuring they have a smooth dining experience
• Managing guest reservations and seating arrangements
• Assisting with table service and managing the bar area
• Handling guest inquiries and complaints
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Previous service experience is preferred but training is provided
• Eligible to work in the United States

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
