Host / Hostess

About the role

We are seeking Full Time and Part Time Restaurant Hosts/Hostesses at Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar/Thrive Restaurant Group. Our mission is to create an environment where you can thrive and make a difference through hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and ensuring they feel welcome
• Directing guests to their tables and seating them
• Assisting with table service and managing the flow of guests
• Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Handling guest inquiries and complaints professionally

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• Previous service experience is preferred but training is provided
• Eligible to work in the United States

Qualifications

Our ideal candidate is someone who loves hospitality and enjoys working with people. You should be able to communicate clearly and interact positively with both guests and coworkers. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
