Responsibilities

• Greet guests enthusiastically upon arrival and departure with a bright smile.
• Open doors for guests and assist them to their seats.
• Accommodate special needs (e.g., boosters, highchairs, disabilities).
• Manage the wait list when the restaurant is full.
• Provide guest assistance to servers as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Invite guests to return for future visits.

Qualification Standards

• A desire to care for others, grow, and learn.
• A positive attitude.
• Reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Mobility required during the entire shift.
• Ability to transport and carry objects up to 15 pounds up to 15 times per shift.
• Capability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris, and clean booth seats throughout the restaurant.

Physical Requirements

• Navigate throughout the restaurant and communicate with guests.
• Move and grasp items up to five pounds regularly.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Bend and stoop as needed.
• Maintain adequate vision to ensure cleanliness and operate a touchscreen.
• Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

In this role, you are paid the tip credit minimum wage plus tips. Actual take-home pay varies based on availability.
