About the role

We are seeking Full Time and Part Time Restaurant Hosts/Hostesses at Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar/Thrive Restaurant Group. Our mission is to create an environment where you can thrive and make a difference through hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and ensuring they feel comfortable
• Managing guest flow and assisting with table assignments
• Ensuring cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Handling guest inquiries and complaints professionally

Requirements

• At least 16 years old
• Previous service experience is preferred but training is provided
• Eligible to work in the United States

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
