About the role

We are seeking Full Time and Part Time Restaurant Hosts/Hostesses at Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill + Bar/Thrive Restaurant Group. Our mission is to create an environment where guests feel loved through exceptional service, and we are looking for individuals who share this passion.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and assisting them with their dining needs
• Managing the flow of guests throughout the restaurant
• Ensuring a smooth transition between tables
• Assisting with tableside beverage service
• Handling guest inquiries and complaints
• Performing cash transactions and reporting discrepancies

Requirements

• At least 16 years old
• Previous service experience preferred but training provided
• Eligible to work in the US

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
