Host / Hostess

About the role

Acts is currently seeking candidates for our Host / Hostess position. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the residents and guests have a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Seating tables
• Providing menus
• Answering any initial questions that the residents or guests may have
• Answering the phone
• Coordinating call ahead seating
• Managing walk-ins using reservation software
• Processing charges and/or meal credits using the point-of-sale (POS) system

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior customer service experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
