About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the residents and guests have a positive dining experience. Main duties include seating tables, providing menus, and answering any initial questions that the residents or guests may have. The host also answers the phone, coordinates call-ahead seating, manages walk-ins using reservation software, and processes charges and/or meal credits using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience in the hospitality industry is preferred

Pay
Pay Range: $13.91 - $16.35 per hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
