Acts is currently seeking candidates for our Host / Hostess position. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the residents and guests have a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Seating tables
- Providing menus
- Answering any initial questions that residents or guests may have
- Answering the phone
- Coordinating call ahead seating
- Managing walk-ins using reservation software
- Processing charges and/or meal credits using the point-of-sale (POS) system
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
