About the role
Now hiring full-time and part-time Hosts/Hostesses at Gratzi, an elegant Italian restaurant with distinctive style located in downtown Ann Arbor, Michigan. Founded in December 1987, Gratzi features regional Italian cuisine and wine.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and assist with table assignments
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements
- Provide excellent customer service
- Ensure a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience
Requirements
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
