Responsibilities

• Provide a 24/7 family-like setting for an individual with developmental and/or physical disabilities.
• Ensure the basic physical and emotional needs of the individual are met.
• Establish a comfortable, supportive, and genuine relationship with the individual you house and support.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Previous experience working as a Direct Support Professional is required
• Open to supervisory visits in your home

• Must be able to establish a comfortable, supportive, and genuine relationship with the individual you house and support.

Skills

• Ability to provide a safe and comfortable home environment
• Strong interpersonal skills

Benefits

• Contracted and reimbursed at a per-diem rate PLUS monthly room and board from the individual they support
• The income is tax exempt

Pay

• Per-diem rate plus room and board
