About the role
OCEAN PRIME is seeking a HOST / GUEST SERVICES to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Makes “Raving Fans” of our Associates, Guests, Purveyors, Partners, and the Communities in which we do business.
- Controls the seating of the guests in the dining room to assure the quality of service, guest satisfaction, and maximize sales opportunities.
- Answers guests' questions about the restaurant.
- Handles requests and complaints with guest satisfaction as the priority.
- Cooperates with management and co-workers to assist others with duties, if needed.
- Communicates suggestions for improvement in a positive fashion.
- Fulfills all duties and maintains knowledge of all standards and procedures as stated in the associate handbook.
