Host/Greeter - Sur House Restaurant (Part-Time) $25 to $35/hr with Service Charge

About the role

The Food and Beverage support staff assists in all F&B outlets of the resort and is responsible for serving guests under the guidance of the Food Server. This position requires good communication skills and the ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight. It is a fast-paced role with continuous customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Food Server in serving guests
• Train as a Server Assistant and Host to cover shifts as needed
• Work flexible hours including AM and PM shifts from 6:30 am to 2:30pm and 3:30pm to 11:30pm

Pay

The hourly rate for this opportunity is $16.90. With gratuity and a generous service charge within our all-inclusive resort, this position has the potential to make $25 to $35 per hour. This is the pay rate for this position at Ventana Big Sur, and Alila Resort reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors including experience and training levels.

Schedule

Shifts are available from 6:30 am to 2:30pm and 3:30pm to 11:30pm, including AM and PM shifts.
