Job Summary

Taco Mac is seeking Hosts to join their front-of-the-house team. Ideal candidates are friendly, energetic, highly-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Hosts will deliver an outstanding Taco Mac experience to Guests, warmly welcoming them into the restaurant and assisting with an error-free to-go experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming Guests and guiding them to their seats
• Assisting with seating arrangements and managing reservations
• Providing accurate and prompt service to Guests
• Managing the to-go order process efficiently
• Ensuring a positive and enjoyable dining experience for all Guests

Requirements

• Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with point-of-sale systems
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a customer-facing role preferred
