Host an International Exchange Student 🌍
Short-Term (2 Weeks) & Long-Term (Semester or Year)
Location: Greater Chicagoland area
Organization: Greenheart Exchange
Host Families Needed
- A safe, welcoming home
- Meals and a place to sleep
- Everyday cultural exposure (family time, errands, simple outings)
For Short-Term (2 Weeks)
- Attend structured activities and programming during the day
- Provide a bed, 3 meals a day, a place to study
- Receive ongoing support from a local coordinator
For Long-Term (Semester or Year)
- Provide a bed, 3 meals a day, a place to study
- Receive ongoing support from a local coordinator
- Gain a meaningful cultural exchange experience and lifelong connections

You’ll be able to choose from English-speaking high school students based on age, gender, and country, and review each student’s interests, allergies, and dietary needs. You’ll work closely with a Local Coordinator (LC) to help select the student who’s the best fit for your family.
