Responsibilities

• Make people happy first and foremost; putting smiles on people’s faces is the first and most important responsibility.
• Greet every guest with a genuine smile and in a professional manner.
• Walk guests to their table and engage in conversation as you seat them.
• Keep seating chart organized and follow rotation as they seat the dining room.
• Contribute to the team-based environment by helping with the general cleanliness of the dining room and bussing tables when needed.
• Answer phones and assist guests with call-ahead seating or to-go orders.

Skills

• Ability to work with a team and actively engage with other team members to achieve a common goal.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-pace environment.

Pay

Between $12 and $19/hour including tips.
