What You'll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact in the taproom, greeting guests warmly and ensuring a welcoming and organized guest experience from arrival to seating.
• Answer the telephone to attend to guest needs and use Table Maintenance technology to manage wait and floor plan.
• Cook with other staff members to ensure smooth operation and exceptional guest experience.
• Process merchandise transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Knowledge and ability to answer guest's questions about merchandise.
• Maintain general cleanliness of host area, front taproom area, and merchandise area.
• Absorb other side work duties such as cleaning the dining area, preparing silverware, refilling condiments, restock restrooms, etc.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age* (17 allowed in certain counties)
• At least one year of related experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortability with discussing our products in detail with guests
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
• Must be able to remain in a standing position for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift and carry at least 20 pounds
• Able to perform physical tasks, including frequent bending, stooping and reaching
