Hospitality to our Guests
- Understands the restaurant's culture and creates a positive guest experience.
- Welcomes guests warmly upon entry, maintaining eye contact and a smile.
- Answers guest questions about the restaurant, food, beverages, and its history.
- Entertains and engages guests while they wait or are in line.
- Guides guests to their tables and hands them the appropriate menus.
- Maintains awareness of available tables and seats guests promptly.
- Communicates with servers and managers regarding table availability, large parties, or special requests.
- Handles guest complaints by listening, reporting to a manager, and resolving issues.
- Thank guests as they leave and invites them to return.
Hospitality to your Team
- Arrive on time, groomed, and ready to work.
- Clock in and out as scheduled.
- Show a helpful and positive attitude towards both guests and team members.
- Complete assigned tasks and duties as directed by managers/supervisors.
- Inspect and restock greeter areas and storage areas for supplies.
- Work with managers to plan seating arrangements and assist team members as needed.
- Check out with a manager before leaving at the end of each shift.
