• Understands the restaurant's culture and creates a positive guest experience.
• Welcomes guests warmly upon entry, maintaining eye contact and a smile.
• Answers guest inquiries about the restaurant, food, beverages, and its history.
• Entertains and engages guests while they wait or in line.
• Guides guests to their seats, setting the table, and handing out menus.
• Maintains awareness of available tables and seats guests promptly.
• Communicates with servers and managers about table availability, large parties, or special requests.
• Handles guest complaints by listening, reporting to a manager, and resolving issues.
• Thank guests as they leave and invites them to return.

Hospitality to your Team

• Arrive on time, groomed, and ready to work.
• Clock in and out as scheduled.
• Show a helpful and positive attitude towards both guests and team members.
• Complete assigned tasks and duties as directed by managers/supervisors.
• Inspect and restock greeter areas and storage for supplies like menus, business cards, pens/pencils, etc.
• Monitor potential wait times and assist with seating arrangements.
• Assist fellow team members as needed to ensure high standards of service.
• Check out with a manager before leaving at the end of each shift.
