• Answers guest questions about the restaurant, food, beverages, and its story
• Entertains and engages guests while they wait or in line
• Leads guests to a clean, perfectly set table and hands them the appropriate menu(s)
• Maintains awareness of available tables and seats guests promptly
• Communicates with servers and managers about table availability, large parties, or special requests
• Handles guests' complaints by listening, informing a manager, and resolving issues

Minimum Requirements

• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
• Able to prioritize tasks effectively
• Able to speak the restaurant's story and mission statement
• Passion for hospitality, providing exceptional service, and creating memorable dining experiences
