You will provide our guests with their crucial first impression of our restaurant. As a host/hostess you will also be responsible for a variety of hospitality duties, which are vital in keeping our service at an exceptional level. When our guests enter the restaurant they want to see an attentive employee, verses someone going through the motions. Smiling and using eye contact are the most important keys in making outstanding first impressions. The impression the guest receives at the front door is often carried throughout the guest’s entire visit with us. We want to make each guest feel welcome and comfortable by projecting a friendly attitude towards each and every one of them. You are responsible for every guest in the restaurant even after you show them to their seat. Never for any reason make a guest feel rushed or that you are to busy to care for their smallest needs.
