About the role
We are looking for energetic, people-loving folks who embody Heads Up Hospitality and teamwork. One of the most important positions in the restaurant, hosts help create a friendly, positive experience from the moment guests enter the restaurant to the time they leave. If you enjoy teamwork, have an eagerness to learn about food and beverage, have the ability to stay positive and upbeat during a busy shift, and have a desire to make people happy, we need you on our team.
Must be 17 to apply. Must be proficient in English.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly, efficient manner
- Manage waitlists and communicate wait times clearly
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere at the entrance
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth transitions
- Answer questions about menu items and specials
- Assist with closing duties as needed
