About the role

We are hiring friendly part-time hosts to expand our Front of House team. Ideal candidates embody Heads Up Hospitality and teamwork, helping create a friendly, positive experience from guest entry to departure.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and guiding them to their tables
• Assisting with table service and managing reservations
• Ensuring a smooth flow of guests through the restaurant
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to manage orders and special requests
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns promptly

Requirements

• Must be 17 years of age or older
• Proficient in English

Qualifications

• Energetic and people-oriented
• Eagerness to learn about food and beverage
• Ability to stay positive and upbeat during busy shifts
