About the role

We are hiring friendly part-time hosts to expand our Front of House team. Ideal candidates embody Heads Up Hospitality and teamwork, helping create a friendly, positive experience from guest entry to departure.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and guiding them to their tables
• Assisting with table service and managing reservations
• Ensuring a smooth flow of guests through the restaurant
• Communicating effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Participating in team meetings to discuss strategies and improve service

Requirements

• Must be 17 years old or older
• Energetic and people-loving personality
• Eagerness to learn about food and beverage
• Ability to stay positive and upbeat during busy shifts
• A desire to make guests happy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Team player with a collaborative mindset
