- Greet every guest with a friendly, upbeat attitude—the TapFam way! - Seat guests at tables or in waiting areas, ensuring smooth and fair table rotation for the service team. - Provide menus and inform guests of any current specials or promotions. - Communicate server assignments so guests know who will be taking care of them. - Manage the flow of guests in both dining and bar areas, providing accurate wait times when necessary. - Answer the phone and direct calls appropriately. - Handle all to-go orders and execute delivery orders promptly and accurately. - Keep the host stand and entrance area neat, organized, and welcoming at all times. - Be a team player—jump in to assist wherever needed to help the restaurant run smoothly.
