Responsibilities
- Accurately seats guests
- Maintains an accurate server rotation
- Maintains restroom cleanliness
- Says hello and goodbye to all guests
- Can accurately quote wait times
- Maintains composure during peak times
- Creates a welcoming and friendly atmosphere when entering and leaving the restaurant
- Maintains a clean entry way and restroom
