The Role

This is the role that makes everything connect. The Marketing Lead takes a launch idea from the CMO and turns it into a fully-built, tightly-executed campaign, empowering an exceptional team to deliver their best work. You own the process, the calendar, the brief, and the output. You'll also build Salt's community from scratch — IRL events, alumni activation, and the moments that turn guests into advocates.
