Making Sure Everything is Clean

• Ensures all menus are well wiped, free of stains or spots, and complete.
• Ensures entry doors are hygienically free from debris and welcoming.
• Monitors the dining room, bathrooms, entryway, and ensures cleanliness in all operations.

Greeting and Seating Guests

• Greet guests politely and escort them to their respective tables.
• Ensure guests are comfortable and well served.
• Say goodbye to guests and inquire about the quality of services provided.
• Record any issues experienced by guests.

Maintaining the Restaurant Wait System

• Performs all side duties as assigned.
