About the role

The Pacific Catch, Inc. family is seeking Hosts who embody exceptional hospitality and customer service. This is a part-time, hourly, non-exempt position with varying schedules and weekend availability required. Compensation is $19.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch hospitality in a fast-paced environment
• Work well under pressure with all restaurant Team Members
• Engage with Guests, invite them in, seat them, introduce the menu, and answer the phone
• Manage a heavy workload and prioritize tasks effectively
• Able to remember all Guest requests
• Embrace Pacific Catch's Core Values, Hospitality Standards, and Team Member Standards
• Operate a POS system and Open Table Software
• Accurately handle cash and all financial transactions

Qualifications

• High school education is required; Hospitality or other degrees are a plus
• Minimum 1-year experience in the restaurant/customer service industry preferred
