Responsibilities

• Welcome each Guest upon arrival and thank them for joining Over Easy when they leave.
• Seat each Guest in a timely manner and effectively manage the waitlist Ipad system
• If on a wait keep, remember it is our job to Spark Brighter Days
• Answer phones, be able to answer guest questions or get them to the person that can best take care of that guests needs.
• Respond appropriately to Guest requests.
• Communicate Guest requests to Server as needed
• Assist teammates as needed with food delivery and bussing tables

Requirements

• Food Handlers Certification

Skills

• fun, energetic, eager and a committed team member.
• familiar with basic ipad systems functionality.
• able to communicate clearly with teammates and the management team.
• able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
• able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
• at least 16 years of age and authorized to work in the US.
