Role And Responsibilities

Welcome guests at the entrance of our establishments.

Maintain a clean and orderly front door area.

Maintain a solid product knowledge.

Evenly manage the workload between servers.

Aid servers, when necessary while maintaining a watchful eye on the entrance to the restaurant.

Communicate guest concerns and complaints to managers immediately.

Maintain a clean, neat, well-groomed appearance.

Maintain knowledge of airport, terminal, and restaurants; offer information, recommendations, etc.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must know the restaurant’s menu and floor plan.
• Must be fully conversational in English.
• Must be mobile and able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days, nights, weekends, holidays, and during inclement weather conditions.

Pay

Pay rate: $18
