Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and genuine hospitality
• Manage waitlists and reservations with accuracy and care
• Guide guests to tables and ensure smooth seating flow
• Communicate guest needs to servers and management
• Keep the host stand clean, organized, and welcoming
• Support the team during busy shifts with a positive attitude

• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Previous host or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
