Responsibilities

• Welcome guests in a gracious, hospitable, and confident manner as the ultimate brand ambassador
• Explain our unique service style in a friendly, fun, and approachable way
• Maintain superior service and poise under pressure through tone of voice, words, and body language
• Recognize regulars and first-time guests
• Control the flow in the dining room, accommodate special guest needs, and ensure every guest leaves happy
• Create the first and lasting impression for guests, setting the tone for their experience

Requirements

• Ability to take direction and work in a team environment
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
• Commitment to quality service and food and beverage knowledge
• Knowledge and comprehension of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
• Basic English language and professional communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Able to independently lift up to 15 lbs for an extended period
• Ability to stand, walk, and climb stairs with food items and dishes throughout your shift
• Must be able to walk and/or stand for 8-10 hours per day
• Hand-eye coordination
• Reaching, bending, twisting, stooping
• Pushing and pulling
• Lifting overhead
• Must be able to climb stairs in restaurants that have multiple levels
