Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests.
• Smile. Make eye contact. Make all our guests feel comfortable.
• Be aware and share guest’s special needs, requests, and desires.
• Be a Guest Satisfaction Expert. Feel empowered to make our guests as happy and relaxed as possible.
• When immediate seating is not available, record guest names and number of people in the party. Provide guests with estimated waiting time. Monitor accordingly.
• Seat guests based on guest preferences and balancing of customer flow in service stations.
• Clear and reset tables, ensuring the table to be seated is clean and properly set.
• Pass the Baton. Relay messages to servers and kitchen as needed.
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
• Take accurate messages and make sure they are received by management.
• Complete opening and closing side-work and weekly cleaning duties.
• Be a team player.
• Live the brand and be a brand ambassador; make decisions in the best interest of the company at all times.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 14 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to/from work.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a cash register.
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 6 hours).
• Must possess a friendly, outgoing demeanor with a passion for hospitality and providing top-notch guest service.
• Strong communication skills and ability to communicate with management, staff, and guests.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Hours & Pay
