About the role

The Haywire & The Ranch brand is looking for our next great Host! Our brand-new restaurant, sprawling over 12,000 sq ft with multiple private dining rooms and a captivating outdoor area, is poised to become the talk of San Antonio.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests like family joining us for Sunday dinner.
• Ensure regular and VIP guests feel at home.
• Make first-time guests feel like VIPs from the moment they walk in the door.
• Move with a purpose, but are never in a hurry and always at the guests' pace.
• Serve as a point of contact for guests, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Shine the light on special occasions to celebrate our guests in true Texas fashion.

Requirements

• Previous host/hostess or other relevant customer service experience preferred.
• OpenTable experience is a plus.
• Able to read, write, & speak English.
• Able to stand for long periods of time & lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Maintain a current Food Handler's Certification.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay

This pay for this role will consist of a base rate with tipshare from the restaurant operations. Pay can range between $15-$18 an hour. We participate in the E-Verify program.
