• Greet every guest with a smile and create a memorable first impression.
• Manage waitlists, reservations, and guest flow to optimize seating and ensure a smooth service.
• Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries in a clear and professional manner.
• Operate the host stand and reservation systems with accuracy and efficiency.
• Support the service team in maintaining an upbeat, guest-first atmosphere.
